Industrial CNC Router
Overview
The large format BPFT CNC Router is a high-performance device that has been designed as a platform for machining machines with at least 3 axes. Thanks to the use of additional controlled axes, the machining centre combines the functionality of a milling machine, lathe, drill, threader, cutting, creasing, pouring device, etc.
Kimla CNC machining centres were created on the basis of industrial plotters, thanks to which they inherit all their advantages, among others: gate structure with double-sided servo drives and electronic gate angle compensation.
Depending on the configuration and additional equipment, the device can be designed for processing both plastics, composites, but mainly metal sheets of light alloys (e.g. aluminium, brass) and steel.
This is possible thanks to the modern, compact and much stiffer machine base structure compared to industrial plotters.
To meet the demand for heavier machining of certain materials, spindles with a power of up to 20 kW with automatic tool change with a linear or rotary magazine are installed in machining centres.
Large-format machining centres are most often equipped with a vacuum raster table together with a vacuum pump from the German company Becker with a capacity of 250 m3 / h. This type of table allows secure fixing of material both in the form of sheets and elements of irregular shapes via standard vacuum blocks. In the version with the T-slot table, it is possible to clamp the machined material directly on the table or in a vice.
