CNC Linear Cutter
Overview
The first Cnc router cutter worldwide driven with linear motors, with measurement resolutions of 0.001µm and positioning repeat-ability of 1µm. The linear drives are friction free, therefore improving the operational life of the machine while reducing maintenance costs.
Kimla's propriety control software was designed to exploit the potential of their linear drives ensuring even the most complex shapes are machined quickly and precisely.
Ideal system for producing leather, fabric, composite, sealant and paper based products. Due to its servo driven oscillating knife the cutting depth can be accurately controlled allowing for processing of all materials.
